The “Lindenviertel” estate itself is traffic-calmed, but has great connections to the motorway and to Munich’s superb public transport, making it an ideal “base camp” for excursions to city or countryside. Our proximity to Munich Trade Fair makes us a favourite with exhibitors and visitors alike. "

By rail/public transport: From Munich take the suburban line S2 (direction Erding) to Heimstetten, then the 263 bus (direction “Messestadt West”) to the bus-stop “Lindenviertel”. From here the house is 200 yds on foot. By road: Autobahn 99 Kirchheim exit, follow signs for Erding, straight on at the traffic-island. After 200 yds exit right towards Heimstetten. At the end of the ramp turn right, continue through a traffic-calming chicane and then first left into Schlehenring. Park here: - Goldeibenweg is the footpath immediately on your right.
