" The proposal for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday is an independent 80 sqm level “loft style” of a new Villa complex build in local stone just above the sea. It is located on a peninsula at 4 km. from the 6.000 people village of Kas... The Turquoise loft can host 4 persons. It is fully furnished with air conditioning, an open kitchen and a large bathroom with small pool. It has a breath taking sea view from all windows and a large sun bathing level terrace. A 50 steps path through mediterranean bushes takes you down on the beach terrace with sun beds, umbrella, shower and easy access to the sea. Snorkeling among thousands of colorful fishes in the always warm waters below the beach terrace is a must, just like spending some time spotting sea turtles while sun bathing or dining… "
" The “Turquoise Corridor” - Lycia, Turkey
300 km granted with the last remaining beauties of the Mediterranean Sea.
Pristine natural landscapes, outstanding historical sites and unbelievably warm hospitality are the main features of this land.
WWF, the world’s largest and most known conservation organization, selected this area among the 10 last paradises of the Mediterranean and named it as the “Turquoise Corridor” by the color and transparency of its sea.
Hundreds of tiny islets, bays, natural harbors and caves are only waiting to be explored by the sea while impervious green mountains are shading skies from clouds from the inside. The most endangered seal in the world, the “monk seal” can still be spotted along this coast, together with 2 species of sea turtles, nesting in summer on its wild beaches.
Within a range of a few kilometers you can visit unique and well preserved archaeological sites ranging from the famous sunken towns of Simena and Kekova to the majesty of the Licyan/Roman theatres of Myra, Antiphellos, Xanthos, Patara, and the sanctity of the S. Nicholas Church in Demre. Lycian ruins, paths, sarcophaguses and tombs are always part of the coastal landscape wherever you are.
Natural monuments like the Saklikent canyon, with gorges and hidden water falls, the unique old growth cedar forest in Gömbe, the crystal clear river waters and wild sandy beach in Andryake or attractions like the Demre cold sulphur spring and the magnificent 30 km sand dune & beach complex of Patara are just some of the wonders you could enjoy here.
And if you miss some taste of Europe, you can easily get on a daily boat excursion to the famous and splendid Greek island of Kastellorizo (Megis) where the Oscar winning movie “Mediterranean” was filmed in 1991.
