" Particularly comfortable villa in thriving private garden with a big pool, close to the sea. The uniqueness of this luxury house are the many terraces and the magnificent views. There are the large lounge terrace, the beautiful veranda, the unique huge balcony and two intimate terraces. The huge pool with 6 sun beds is unique. Villa Mimosa has a wonderful view of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea with many Greek and Turkish islands. The sea is on 2 minutes walking distance. and there are three beaches at your disposal. Kas is a picturesque town, not spoiled by mass tourism. It has many opportunities for sports (diving, swimming, snorkeling , paragliding, etc.), excursions (including historical / drowned cities, which you can reach by rental car, by luxury coach or boat) or leisure (beach, terraces, restaurants, boutiques). Our housekeeper brings fresh bread every morning and takes care of the pool and the terraces. In the evening he comes again to water the garden. He is always available for questions and advice or to help with problems. "

See the personal website of the owner" Amphora Hotel, our neighbor, is very helpful and has a good kitchen. You can have a romantic dinner at their roof terrace. Near the villa is a Wellness Center, where you can be pampered. Smiley's Restaurant in Kas has a good kitchen, is hospitable and friendly, and speaks many languages. "
