Our holiday house is perfectly and quietly located in a peaceful Mala Lamjana bay , half a mile from the centre of village Kali which is the biggest village on the island of Ugljan. The island of Ugljan (52km2 and 75 km of irregular coast line) lies just opposite to Zadar, divided only by several nautical miles of the Zadar Channel. Apartment Ana, 2+2 persons,45 m2, air condition, is situated on the second floor of our holiday house. The apartment is comfortable for two adults or a family with children.It has one double room and bathroom with shower,wc, bidet and washbasin. The lounge and kitchen are in one room with two sofas which can be converted to two beds. The apartment has a large covered terrace with the beautiful sea view perfect for taking morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Apartment is fully equipped for your convenience.

You can reach us by bus or personal car: from Austria and Hungary via Zagreb and Zadar and with car-ferry from Zadar to Preko (25 minutes) and by bus or car to (5 minutes) Kali.
By plane and train: from all destinations of Europe to the Zadar airport or Zadar railway station, further on by car-ferry from Zadar to Preko and by bus to Kali.
Hints and Tips
Gastronomical offer of the town of Kali is known for fish by far for tuna, which is being bred in our local seas and is being prepared in many ways, then for its high quality olive oil, spices such rosemary and bay leaf that give meals a special taste. The abundance of all sorts of fresh fish that is prepared in many ways: fish stew, grilled fish, octopus made under baking lid, etc.
You can visit national park Kornati and Krka Falls by an going on organized excursions. Kornati Archipelago is covering the area of the around 300km2 and has 148 islands with area of 62km2. In spring and summer, the blueness of the sea and the sky, with whiteness of the islands, are the main contributors to the atmosphere on Kornati, the pearl of the Adriatic.
Only 70 km from Kali is river Krka which you can see how it attracts with unique beauty of its cascade flow, free-flowing lakes, green valleys and areas covered with woods.
