"We have just returned from renting this apartment in Javea, we had a very nice week, the weather was great, the apartment is very well equipped and in a good position close to the Arenal and Parador Hotel (seafront). There is underground parking The complex is low rise and the swimming pool is very large and shallow. Their is a paddle tennis court and sauna, and small gym. "

"Appartement duplex idéalement situé, à 5mn à pieds de la plage de l''Arenal avec tout le confort pour une famille avec des enfants. Terrasse agréable avec vue sur la piscine de la résidence. Garage, ascenseur,commerce à proximité, bref une bonne adresse."

"This is one of the best apartments because of its central location (close to restaurants, shops and the Arsenal beach). The 2 swimming pools are really great for children at all ages. An excellent place for a family. The owner is also very friendly."

"Très bel appartement en Duplex, moderne et très spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Propriétaires très gentils. Piscine très agréable. Environnement calme. Place de parking souterrain. Prix de la location négociée à 1800 euros pour 3 semaines en juillet 2009. Région d'Espagne très sympa, mer, montagne, parcs d'attractions, dépaysement assuré, nombreuses choses à découvrir + fêtes locales. Après tous ces compliments un seul petit regret : absence de store sur le balcon pour manger à l'ombre ! Mais on manque tellement de soleil tout le reste de l'année que c'est pardonné."
