"Appartement très bien emménagé et propre. Le cadre de la résidence est très agréable. Location bien située car proche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage sans avoir de nuisance sonore. Propriétaire très sympathique qui vous indiquera les bons restos et lieux à visiter. Une location que l''on ne peut que recommander."

"Appartement très confortable, très propre, tout à fait conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Il est surtout très bien situé : à 200 mètres de la base nautique et du minibus qui dessert toutes les plages. Aucune nuisance sonore constatée. Connaissant bien Javéa, ce type de logement est plutôt rare dans la zone piétonnière. Mon seul regret: ne pas être passé par homelidays les années précédentes car le rapport qualité/prix est nettement plus intéressant (comparé aux agences de location)."

"Très bon accueil par les propriétaires qui sont dans le secteur en cas de problèmes éventuels (rassurant). Prestations 100 % conformes à la description ; l’appartement est très fonctionnel (2 sdb, 2 wc …), il est situé dans une résidence à taille humaine très bien entretenue ( secteur calme), et idéalement située à 2 minutes à pied de tous les commerces. Petit bémol toutefois l’isolation phonique (fenêtres chambres) est médiocre, mais les propriétaires devraient très prochainement y remédier."
