"The place was just as described. It was in a beautiful surrounding but the nearest supermarket was a 20 minute drive as we had to come down from the mountain in order to go anywhere ! The chalet itself was very quaint and clean."

"only one remark about 2 amenities; rest was excellent! mattresses in 2 bed sleeping room were little bit light and gliding in the winter: heating instructions stove c.a. please more clearly explained (and hanging visible in the kitchenette) "

"Apartment is set in awesome surrounding facing Jungfrau! Village is also very nice. Excellent place for hikes too and venturing to surroundings! Apartment is very cosy and well equipped! The children loved the fondue set and raclette grill! Lovely balcony for meals too facing garden and Jungfrau! Owner is also very friendly. The Trummelbach Falls recommended by Catherine is gorgeous. The tunnel was daunting only initially, just need some getting used to."

"We enjoyed our stay in Chalet Edelweiss at Isenfluh very much. The first days the helicodial tunnel we had to pass through frightend us. But at the end of our stay we got used to it. The surrounding took our breath away as beautiful as it was.The view from te chalet at the Jungfrau, the waterfalls around en in august a temperature about 27 degrees made that our conclusion was that our one week stay was to to short! By bus,train and Bahn you can travel as far and as high as you like."

"Set in a beautiful high alpine hamlet this traditional chalet was very cosy on chilly spring evenings and also gave the opportunity for al fresco eating on a covered balcony overlooking the Jungfrau range or relaxing in the sun in the meadow-like orchard adjacent Access to Isenfluh through a lengthy spiralling tunnel may not be for everyone, but the journey is certainly worth it for the views and the tranquility. The owners were helpful and very efficient in their arrangments regarding rentaL, and thoughtful in the contents and decor of the chalet.Nothing was missed out.The 10 minute drive down to Zweilutchen station ( with free parking)gives access to the extensive network of railways or there seemed to be plenty of paths for walking and cycling locally.A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the swiss Alps."
