" Elegant furnished flat 90 sm large, 2 bedrooms (1 double), 1 bathroom with shower, living kitchen, ample living-room with fireplace, self contained heating , private covered parking. Very well furnished with some antique pieces of furniture, great panoramic sight, deepened in green and calm, just 1500 meter from the seaside, central location, shops easily accessible (bank, newspaper kiosk, tobacconist’s, food shops, pharmacy, bakery, bar) bus stop 150 meter far. On the 1st of a 2 floors house, panoramic terrace, jointly owned garden and private green furnished area, surrounded by olive trees and kitchen gardens. Possibility to have pets (there are several cats around the house). TV with satellite aerial, radio, fridge, washing machine. Caution money required, cleaning expenses ( € 25 for one week, € 50 for longer stays). Heating expenses to be added in wintertime and electricity costs, both according to use. The flat is interesting also for people not driving: 150 meters away from the bus stop, it is also convenient to walk around. The seaside is around 20 minutes walking, the city centre, supermarkets and the railway station are 15 minutes far, beaches are around 30 minutes walking distance and 10 driving. The owners are available to accompany guests to the railway station (free of charge) and to Nice Airport (refunding kilometric costs and highway fees). The airport is around 1 hour driving. "
