Apartment/ flat - Grado

"Location is great for those, who don’t mind to take short walks – the beach is reachable in 10 min., center of Grado in 20 min. (the bus stop of local bus is next to the entrance), supermarket is in the next building. Apartment is spacious with all equipment you will need (although some frying-pans are scratched and caps missing), including washing machine. Each room has at least one balcony. Host was very helpful, offered lot of information about what to see in Grado, also recommended the best places for meals. The only small disappointment, especially for the children, was the closed pool that looks so tempting from the balcony. Probably, householder presumes that pool season should be ended on exact date (we were there in second week of October) regardless of the nice weather."

"Perfect accomodation with a nice swimming pool, the beach is quite far from the house, cca 15 minutes walk, but otherwise everything was fine.The supermarket Eurospar is near the house-you don´t need to take much food, the prices are good. The only thing I would recommend for the owner is to make 2 sets of keys... We were two families in the apartment and this was a little bit problem, we had to arrange our time according to the other family... Thanks a lot, we are looking forward to coming next time :-)"

We appreciated comfortable apartment, satisfying amenities, hospitality and care of owners. The levels of sounds from surroundings were acceptable. We were satisfied of facility of apartment access and parking places. All evaluated rental benefits seemed to be price value adequate."
