House / Villa - Govone

A very nice house.The Living room and kitchen are well equipped.Each room has its own bathroom.More additional benefits: Close to the haouse there are a bakery,pharmacy, minimarket and even a Bank. The location is very good, close to all the beutiful villages and vineyards nearby, and also to Liguria region.

"A lovely house in a friendly working village. Filippo''s house notes were excellent and his recommendations for Ristorante Concordia ( perfect local food and amazing value) and Paganini...in Magliano Alfieri ( fabulous food in a very special location)also Alba market is a "must" and the Ponchione winery ( a minute or two''s walk down the road) was so friendly and even took us grape picking to help with the harvest. A perfect stay which must be repeated."

"We had a wonderful short holiday in this villa in Govone. The house was very optimal for three couples: for us grandparents, for the family of our oldest son with two grandchildren and for our younger son and his girlfriend. Three separate bedrooms had own baths. In the ground floor was a very spacious living room with a large dining table, couches and satellite TV. Pleasant room for leading a happy evening together! The separate kitchen was very well equipped and granted us good possibilities for culinary success. From the garden was a wonderful view over the villages and hills. In the neighborhood of Govona are several historically, architecturally and culturally interesting places. We made trips to Asti, Acqui Terme and Alba. Wonderful local wines you can taste and buy in Barbaresco, Canale, Barolo, Dogliani and Canelli. We made also longer trips to Torino and Savona. "
