" Prices are per house, depending on the number of people. Our base price is for 2 people, plus 35/42 Euro per week per extra person up to 4 people. Second week discount 15%. Your stay can be any number of days (minimum 5 days) subject to availability. We accept payment in Euro or Sterling by direct bank transfer, or if you wish to pay by credit card we accept payment in Euro through Paypal. We request a confirmation deposit of 110 Euro. We will hold a provisional booking while you make your travel arrangements, and transfer your deposit, in order to make the booking confirmed. As soon as we receive your deposit we will email your confirmation to you. Please settle the remaining balance 6 weeks before you arrive . Linen, towels, air-conditioning, wireless broadband internet, central heating, gas, fire wood and weekly cleaning are included in the price. Normally, arrival time is 4pm, departure time 10am "
