" The Residence Fuentemar is situated on the outskirts of Garrucha town close to Vera-Playa on the coast of Costa de Almeria, Province of Andalucia, Southern Spain, and comprises of approximately 200 privately owned town houses (duplexes) that encompass private well kept gardens, walkways and swimming pools, including infants pools. Our house in a pleasant part of the complex sleeps 4 adults and one or two children, close to the swimming pools and on easy walking distance (less than 10 minutes) of a beautiful sandy beach, harbour and town. There are four golf courses in the region all ideally situated for access to these, including the Desert Springs Golf Club, the first desert golf course in Europe (almost a copy of the famous desert course in Arizona), the Cortijo Grande Golf Course in the mountains, the beautiful located golf course Valle del Este and Marina de la Torre golf course in Mojacar, all offering a demanding challenge to any keen golfer.

From end of October up to end of April there is also the possibility for Sierra Nevada skiing (136 km from Garrucha).
