The house is in a historic charmer environment perched on the edge of the Gulf of Gaeta, only an hour south of Rome. The house offers a peaceful terraces above the sea. The tree-bedroom, two bathroom on one-level comes with a wide balcony above the sea. The views of Gaeta across the bay are joined, on clear days, by the peak of Vesuvius to the south, and Ischia and Capri out to sea. The house is the ideal place to spend a serene, peaceful holiday, within day-trip distance of Rome or Naples, but with none of the noise and chaos of the cities. Parking outside the entrance. All on 1 floor. Internet. Independent heating. Strategic position to move between the beaches of the coast on a good road artery. On foot, by bike or by bus (approx. 50m) also can be reached is the center of Formia, and Gaeta. The water/beach nearby is one of the more protected of the area. In addition to those described above there are special trails in the Mediterranean sea, overlooking the Roman ruins in the Nature Reserves of Gaeta (Oasis Monte Orlando, Gaeta lighthouse), of Formia (Gianola Blue Oasis) Oasis of Sperlonga (old Flacca path, Villa of Tiberius); Aurinci Park (approx. 1300m).
