Best points about the property:
" Ideally situated in a new building in the city center, with every possible comfort, very quiet, fully furnished and equipped with modern decor. Large terrace with dining table and chairs, overlooking the city. On the roof terrace on the hotel "The vine" there is a beautiful restaurant where you can sit at the terrace bar and enjoy views over the bay of Funchal. In the apartment has free WIFI internet access and telephone with access to regional and national calls. There is the possibility of parking in the building for 5 € / day, the elevator goes straight to the park to apartment. In the same building has a large supermarket "Pingo Doce" and shopping center "Dolce Vita". At Christmas time / New Year the minimum stay is one week. In the promotion period (low season) the price is not decreasing in the number of days and number of people. "

"Wonderful apartment, very tastefully furnished and complete. It couldn't be better located for all of Funchal, everything can be reached on foot. Mall with supermarket at the doorstep. Owner and contactperson (her sister) are lovely people. We are coming back next winter!"

"Luxeriöses 2-Zimmer Stadtappartement, sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Mit Waschturm, Mikrowelle in der Küche, Sprudelbadewanne . Direkt im Haus sehr modernes Einkaufszentrum. Schöner Balkon mit Sicht auf Funchal. Möglichkeit auf dem Dach mit wunderschönem Blick über Funchal den Wellnessbereich (Sprudeldbad und Schwimmbecken) gratis zu benützen. Sehr stilvoll mit Bar und Loungemusik, schönen, edlen Liegen mit Badetüchern und Morgenmäntel. Sehr angenehme, nette Vermieterin."

"Pour visiter Funchal, l''appartement est idéalement situé (au cœur du centre ville), pratique avec le centre commercial à quelques étages. L''appartement est calme, bien équipé (description totalement conforme). Le parking est une bonne prestation d''autant qu''une location de voiture est indispensable pour visiter l''île. L''accueil de la propriétaire a été formidable. Je recommande vivement ce logement."
