The Villa has been built in 1925 and enlarged in 1999, during which was performed a careful restauration of the native part. In axis with the house lies the beautiful swimming pool with Roman staircase (6x12 meters) and the original wood-and-bricks porch. At one side of the pool there is a large whirlpool tub for exteriors (SPA) with 6 places for lying with a heater, ozonator, waterfall and whirlpool 2-speed and 32 jets. The heater allows to use the bathtub also during low and middle seasons. In a garden corner there is a beautiful beaten iron gazebo with mosaic table and woodchairs.The Villa is accessed through two gates in beaten iron with an automatic-distance opening and a pedonal access, and is surrounded by an ample garden of 5.000 square meters, entirely fenced by great and original Tuscan "Cotto" pitchers, secular trees, cast iron benches and lamp-posts. On the wide green space is possible to play soccer - even land with a helicopter!The open space can be used for weddings or events with installation of foldable gazebos.
