small appartment/studio Florence centre

"small apartment is on a great location,on a ground floor but seems very secured. A few minutes from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. If you are coming by car you can use a guarded parking place which is on less then 200 meters of the apartment(55 euros/ week). We spent eight days and did not have problems with noise. There are two supermarkets nearby. Maybe not enough cooking utensils. The apartment is perfect for the money you have given. I recommend"

"Small studio apartment as described in property description. Very clean on arrival and met by friendly owner who offered helpful information on Florence, where to eat etc. She was available throughout the week had we any problems - we didn't. The location is good, walking distance to all the main sights, in a quieter area of Florence, south of the river. Small supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants all very close by - walking to the train station takes 15 minutes or so. The apartment is fairly well equipped, a small, basic kitchenette with equipment to cook if you wish. Only remark to be aware of is that the apartment is on the ground floor opening straight onto the street. The street is fairly quiet but noise can be heard in the apartment - we weren't bothered by it too much however. All in all, good value for money! we would stay again".

"un appartement raisonable et conforme a la description, situe pas tres loin du centre ville et du musee Pitti, ideal pour visiter Florence a deux et a pied. l''isolation phonique n''est pas fantastique, car l''appartement est au rez de chaussee et donne directement dans la rue. Il est egalement proche d''un supermarche pour ceux qui ne veullent pas manger au resto midi et soir. l''acqueil est charmant et la proprietaire nous a donne des conseils pratiques et outils sur la visite de la ville."
