" The villa is situated on the outskirts of Florence. There you will be immersed in a beautiful garden at a stone's throw from the center of a city full of historical and artistic beauty. The villa is on two levels. The ground floor consists of 1 living room divided into a dining area and lounge area with sofas and tv, 1 studio with 2 sofa beds for the 7th and 8th guest, 1 large kitchen, 1 dining patio enclosed by windows and a bathroom with shower. An old stone staircase leads upstairs where you find the sleeping area: 3 bedrooms (2 double with air conditioning and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath) and a dressing room. One of the two double bedrooms leads to a terrace with table and chairs. The large garden surrounding the house is taken care of in every part and succeeds in creating an atmosphere of relaxation away from city stress. A few meters from the entrance of the garden there is a little Square with a nice church and the bell tower and nice shops. The house is also close to a wide and modern avenue where you can find all kinds of shops. Three bus lines also connect continuously with the center of the city(15 minutes to reach the historical center by bus). "

" The villa is near the five Tuscany Unesco heritage sites: 1.Towers of Sangiminiano (30 minutes away from the property by car); 2.Historic centre of Siena (40 minutes away from the property by car); 3.Piazza del Duomo of Pisa (50 minutes away from the property by car); 4.Historic centre of Florence (10-15 minutes away from the property by car); 5. Historic centre of Lucca (50 minutes away form the property by car). It's very easy to reach the historic city centre of Florence from our property: infact the nearest bus stop is 50 mts away from the property.The bus takes 10-15 minutes to reach the Duomo of Florence. To visit the old town it is advisable to use public transport or travel by car, the parking garage at the station of Santa Maria Novella, park your car and walk, as much of the site is closed to traffic. The old town is small and compact.Good trattorias can be found close to the house or in the historical center, but also on the hills surrounding Florence. "

"Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana di una estate calda in questa villa dotata di un parco ben curato con una fresca pineta e con due generosi alberi di fichi. E'' ottimamente arredata ed ha tutti i confort. Ha una posizione strategica (vicino all''autostrada) e permette rapidi collegamenti con il centro o con le località turistiche. Insomma, stai vicino al centro (di Firenze!!) con le comodità della campagna toscana. Bella vacanza!!"
