" These apartment, almost identical in size and layout, are located just steps from the Ponte Vecchio at the border of the Oltrarno district of Florence. Their location is ideal; though less than ten minutes from the Duomo and thus the heart of Florence’s city center, they are in a neighborhood that still retains its authenticity and is slightly removed from the tourist bustle. It is renowned for artisan shops, very cool piazzas, markets, and fantastic restaurants, and one of Florence’s most favorite wine bars is literally across the street. The Boboli Gardens and Pitti Palace are all less than five minutes away. They are also ideal for more than one family traveling together given that they are in the same building on three consecutive floors. The main entrance to the apartments is a lovely courtyard that is home to one of Florence's most famous ceramic shops. The large windows inside the apartments look out onto other typical courtyards and the red rooftops that are so representative of Florence. The apartments are extremely quiet and privacy is guaranteed because they do not face the busy street below. They consist of an ample entryway, a living and dining area with dining table and sofa bed, a large double-room with queen-size bed, a recently renovated bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen. They are located on the second, third, and fourth floors of an historic building, and there is an elevator (to reach the elevator you must go up one small set of stairs). "The location of appartment is perfect. Near the Ponte Vecchio and other attractions and silent. Patrizia is very welcoming and friendly. She advised us to go to Siena by bus not by train and it was very good solution.Supermarket Conad is well-stocked and it is a few steps from the appartment. From the bus and train station is about 15 minute by walk so it not necessary to take the taxi or bus. The balcony is very nice. So we are happy to stay in this appartment. I will recommand this place to my friends!"

"Excellent location. Verry friendly and service oriented reception. Airconditioning a bit weak in a period op 39°C outside temperature. And the refrigerator needs defrosting now and then... In general a perfect spot to explore Firenze !"
