" The Yellow apartment is settled at the 3rd floor, with lift, a real rarity in the centre of Florence, of a quiet building placed in the heart of Florence, only a few steps from Santa Maria Novella's Church. The area is quiet and the apartment overlooks the back side of the building, on inner garden and not on the street. The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and Designer boutiques are within 5 minutes' walk. The main Railways Station of Santa Maria Novella and the coach main stop are just downstairs. Within a range of not more than 200 metres you could find restaurants and all shops you will need. The Yellow apt. is provided with air conditioning, satellite television, hi-fi, safe, dish washer, fridge and freezer, oven,microwaves, coffee maker, hair dryer, washing machine , iron and board, sheets, blankets and towels. "The apartment was clean, quiet, and prettier in appearance than in the photographs on the website, with a nice little balcony as well. It was well-organized with thorough instructions left in Italian and English on how to operate appliances, locations of various stores, etc. The sofa bed was the largest and most comfortable I have ever seen, and my 2 daughters (ages 12 and 16) were very comfortable sharing it. The building itself was not very attractive on the inside or outside, and it is across the street from the train station with a lot of construction at the time, but this was not important to our stay because the apartment was still very quiet on the inside. The windows had heavy outside shades and so the rooms were dark and quiet and we slept very well. We were able to walk everywhere from this location."

"This was a great value, spacious, clean and well equipped apartment, right in the middle of town- within easy walk of the train station for arrival from Pisa airport or elsewhere. We took our three children with us, and there was plenty of space and it was safe for them to play. We received a really friendly welcome from Chiara, and correspondence prior to our trip was very prompt and helpful. Chiara was also quick to offer a high chair and cot, which were also very useful."

"L''appartement est splendide, spacieux, très bien équipé et très propre. Il est à la fois situé au centre et à la fois très calme. Un accueil par Chiara très chaleureux. Un plus très appréciable dans Florence : la place de parking qui permet de laisser la voiture, de rayonner à pied dans la ville et en transport en commun sans problème. Bref, un séjour inoubliable et reposant dans une région magnifique."
