" Very charming apartment in Florence. The flat is located in Pisana street. Very close to the Tramway stop FEDERIGA.There is a tram leaving from FEDERIGA stop going to Florence's center in 10 minutes. Trams goes from 5 am to 12.30 in the night. The apartment is ideal for 2/3/4 people (3 beds). One double room + a single bed in the smaller bedroom+ 1 sofa bed in the dining room. 40 m2 in total.With 6 windows on both sides, and its first floor height, the flat gets lots of light. The flat is comprised of a lounge/dining room with open kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 double bedroom + 1 single bedroom), a bathroom. A library filled with tourism, novel,fiction books is available for guests. On their arrival i like welcoming guests with a beautiful bunch of flowers, a Chianti wine bottle and a bucket of fresh fruits. Free of charge TRANSFERS from/to Florence's airport and station are offered! My goal is to make my guests feel right at home yet being far away and give them lots of personal attention. "

" The neighbourhood is very safe and calm. At few steps from thea apartment entrance's door you will find :ALIMENTARI MILENA (a grocery shop), a BAR (open from 5am to midnite), A SUPERMARKET 'LIDL' , A SUPERMARKET 'ILIOPESCA' specilized in fish, A HAIRDRESSER, A CATHOLIC CHURCH, A CINEMA, PUBLIC GARDENS, THE CASCINE PARK (the largest public garden in Florence ideal for jogging), a gym with sauna, boutiques, a beautiful sport and spa center called KLAB with amazing open air swimming poosl and a marvellous wellness center with saunas, the largest jacuzzi in Florence and turkish bath. The KLAB wellness center /gym has a day pass! I really suggest you to try it! I will be in Florence for all the period of your rental and i m available for any needs 24h/24h. My apartment is located in Via Pisana, at very few steps from the tramway stop named 'FEDERIGA'. There is a tramway going each 3 minutes from 5.00 am to 12.30 in the night. It takes 10 minutes from FEDERICA stop to arrive to Florence 's center at the last tramway stop ' FLORENCE TRAIN STATION'. Therefore if you come by car, you may opt to leave your car in front of the apartment and take the train to move you through Tuscany. I like taking care of my guests from all over the world and pointing out my favorite spots in Florence and Tuscany. In the courtyard of the apartment 2 bicycles are available for guests.In few minutes you can be downtown . Directions:By CAR: from the A1 autostrada (highway) exit at FIRENZE SCANICCI and follow the sign FIRENZE. Florence is an excellent base from which to visit the beautiful Tuscan towns of :SIENA, PISA, LUCCA, AREZZO, the CHIANTI area, the Termal waters SPA of Rapolano Terme, Bagno Vignoni etc..In the area:

"Propriétaire très sympa et aux "petits soins" Appartement super à part le bruit de la circulation (double vitrage recommandé)mais cela reste un inconvéniant mineur sauf si vous envisagez de passer tout votre séjour dans l''appartement Localisation idéale (Pas trop près, pas trop loin du centre ville)."

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa casa, piccola, ma accogliente, comoda, personale. E' la casa ideale sia per chi arriva con il treno ( la casa è collegata con la stazione di S. Maria Novella e quindi con il centro da una comodissima tramvia) sia per chi arriva in auto( si parcheggia facilmente e l'ingrasso alla tangenziale è vicino). La padrona di casa è veramente gentile e vi fa sentire a vostro agio in una casa dove non manca niente.Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra.

"L''appartamento é carino e accogliente, l''ho trovato molto pulito, luminoso e in ordine. La cucina é spaziosa e ben attrezzata, c''é tutto quel che serve per cucinare. Anche il bagno è accogliente, fornito di asciugamani e anche di un accappatoio, oltre ad alcuni oggetti da bagno per chi li avesse dimenticati. La camera non é grandissima, ma il letto è davvero comodo. Utile la connessione wifi e il riscaldamento autonomo, regolabile. L''appartamento si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dalla tramvia, quindi è comodissimo per raggiungere il centro di firenze in 10/15 minuti. a 2 fermate c''è anche un centro commerciale con supermercato. a volte i rumori della strada sono più intensi, ma il mio sonno non è stato rovinato. la proprietaria é stata molto disponibile e premurosa, mi ha anche aspettata alla fermata della tramvia ed accompagnata fino "a casa"."

Piso con mucho encanto situado a 10 minutos del centro en tranvía. Silvia, la propietaria, es encantadora y dispuestísima a ayudar. Posibilidad de aparcar el coche en el parking privado de un hotel a dos pasos por 5 euros al día. La cama es comodísima. El único inconveniente es un poco de ruido de coches durante el día, pero nada que no se pueda soportar. Ideal para una pareja sola o con bebé y niño pequeño. No dudaría en volver.
