Well furnished, completely new renovated, the apartment is composed of: entrance, 1 bed room with a double bed , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, the kitchenroom, livingroom, and 2 bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook.Washing-machine, TV, dishwasher, owen, refrigeretor, heating. Very quiet, sunny. Beautiful view over inner courtyards The apartment, recently renewed, is situated in the historical center of Florence, only 100Mts. from Santa Croce Square. It is situated from Piazza Santa Croce to Piazza dei Ciompi. The wonderful position allows the guests to reach all the Florence mayor cultural attraction with some minutes walking. Duomo Cathedral, Battistero, Giotto Tower, Signoria Palace, Orsanmichele Church, Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge), Pitti Palace, Santa Croce Church, San Lorenzo Church, Santa Maria Novella Church are just some of the historical attraction that can be visited just walking by the historical center near the flat. Moreover there are plenty of museum that Florence offers to its visitors: the world famous Uffizi Museum and the Vasariano Corridor "

"The apartment was very well located, within walking distance to all the monuments, churches and galleries. Great to have local market and supermarket closeby. Owner was very friendly and helpful and made a special trip to help us when we had accidently locked our passports in the apartment after we had checked out."

"This is a wonderful retreat in central Firenze. Quiet, charming, convenient- all in this modern decorated apartment near to the Duomo and the centre of town. There is a local bus at the front door if leg weary (after a trip to the Piatti Palace and Boboli Gardens). It feels so homely, with very comfortable bedrooms, modern kitchen with dining and charming decor in blue and white.Refreshing, stong showers are so comforting after a long day of sight-seeing. Maria Pia is charming, meeting us on arrival and providing very valuable local information. We could not rate the experience more highly. It would be great in winter with its central heating or in in-between seasons but stood up really well with its air-conditioning in the height of summer.Washing machine and quick drying on a patio proved very useful!! We want to come back! And soon!"
