" The apartment is completely renewed with warm and essential furniture. It is located in a main street from where it is possible to reach any destination in Florence. On the side of the street the rooms are not loud since each one has double glass windows, and on the side that overlooks the back, it is possible to admire the stunning Cupolone, the Cupola of San Lorenzo and lots of nice gardens. "

" The historical center of Florence is 10-15 minutes by walk and about 5 minutes by bus. Same distance from the Parco Delle Cascine, Florence's largest park where to enjoy a nice run or the typical local street market that it is held every Tuesday morning. In 5 to 10 minutes it is also possible to go to Stazione Leopolda a place that helds a lot of cultural and artistic events. Last but not least the apartment is near to the Fortezza da Basso, where all the Pitti's shows, the Handicrafts Trade Fair and the Biennale of contemporary art take place. "

The apartment was exactly what we wanted. Everything was as described. Lovely apartment well equipped, you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. We were a group of 7 friends (three families) and the apartment had everything we could need and more. The location is perfect for a visit to Florence. The Florence main train station is 10 minutes walking and from there it is only a couple of minutes to the most important historical points. The owner Ilaria is a perfect host and the little touches like the new toaster and the welcoming drinks and pasta were so thoughtful. We would love to stay there again.

"This was a great apartment in Florence. We spent four days, three nights and felt very central to the sites and to resteraunts. It took about 10 minutes (15 minutes with the kids) to walk to the main area. There was even some grass for our dog to do her business. The home really met our expectations and was very comfortable. The apartment was totally clean and fresh, very quiet, and private. We were amazed that even on a busy road, we heard no street noise. There is a lovely garden area out back and tall windows, filling the whole apartment with natural sunlight. We used the washing machine daily and hung the clothes to dry on the line off the terrace. With 4 adults and two children showering daily we never ran out of hot water once! Parking was close enough and cost about 10-20 euros daily on the weekdays. The lack of an elevator wasn't a surprise but it became tricky for my mom who bruised her ribs and broke her elbow three days before arriving. A lovely stay, great owners, we'd definitely recommend staying here."

"The apt was exactly how described, beautiful right in the center of he city, really easy to reach both walking or with transportation,the owner is really friendly and helpful. Perfect! Appartamento,spazioso,silenzioso e molto vicino al centro ed alla stazione centrale,la proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile ottimo per 8 o più persone, davvero da consigliare!"
