"The apartment was perfect. Only a short and direct bus ride to the center. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment warm. We were there in February. We found wonderful places to eat nearby. The owners are a delight and went out of their way to make our stay great. Mille grazie."

"Charming comfortable and absolutely quiet apartments with 40 m2 balcony close to the centre of Firenze. The owner is from the ancient Firenze family since 1297 year. Many materials collected about the town. Everything was organized perfectly. "

It is the best appartement for holiday. Clean, modern, cheap price, in one word: perfect! The bus stop in front of the house is perfect to go to town. If you arrive with your car rent a parking place and drive with the bus :-). We will come again next year, if it is possible.

"The appartment is amazing. My girlfriend and I stayed 5 nights there and we enjoyed it. It was very clean, modern, calm and you find there all what you need. The rooms are big and you have enough space even when you stay there with 4 people. The price was very good. The balcony which goes nearly around the whole apartment and the terasse are amazing. I''m sure, that you can enjoy the beautiful and warm evenings in summer there. Therefore, it was too cold in the evening, when we stayed there... In the surrounding of the house you find all what you need. Supermarket, restaurants, cafees and so on. The centre of Florence is easy to reach. Either you use the bus (no. 6, 15 minutes to the station) or you just walk 25 minutes along the river Arno. So it is quite central. All together we can definetely recommend the appartment and would stay there again, when visiting Florence next time. Thanks a lot also to Roberto, who explained us all what we use to know. That was really nice. He also draw a plan of the surrounding, where we can find the shops...THANK YOU VERY MUCH! We had a plesant stay! :)"
