" In the heart of Florence, near Santa Croce Square, the Cathedral Square with Giotto Belltower, and the Signoria Square with Palazzo Vecchio City Hall, in a historical palace, we offer a well-lighted, quiet flat with gallery (66 square meters in the whole) newly restored and carefully furnished, with two large windows overlooking the roofs and one of the most ancient streets of Florence. The flat has modern individual heating and air-conditioning. It has one double and one single bed, and one double divan bed. On request an extra bed for baby can be added. The bathroom has shower, basin, bidet, hair-dryer, and products for personal hygiene are provided. For more numerous groups it's possible (with extra-charge) to add another room with two floors (35 mq), for three persons, with bathroom and a small terrace over the roofs. In this way it is possible to have till 8 persons. Bed and bathroom linen are furnished and will be changed every week in the case of longer stays. The kitchen sapce is equipped with all that is necessary for cooking: dishes, kitchen ware, refrigerator, oven, microwaves oven, kettle. TV set, DVD reader and video player, radio and CD reader with USB door, and a small multimedia library for children and grown-ups, are all available in the flat. Moreover we offer city guides and a brochure on restaurants and typical spots we advice our guests to visit in order to fully enjoy their Florence experience. Small animals are welcome. "

" It’s hard to choose among the many cultural or leisure activities available in Florence, and the numberless charming places you’ll be able to discover staying in our flat right in the middle of this city, that is a work of art in itself, included in the UNESCO World Heritage. You’ll be not just among monuments, churches, palaces, but also cinemas and theaters, discos, pubs, and - last but not least - close to several very good Tuscan traditional, ethnic or haute cuisine restaurants. Allow us just to suggest a visit to the nearby Biblioteca delle Oblate (Via dell’Oriuolo 26, from Tuesdayto Friday 9.00 – 24.00, Saturday 8.30 – 13.30, tel. + 39 055261652) the largest City Public Library recently opened in a former convent of wonderful architectural structure, from which you will also able to enjoy one of the finest views over the city. It has Internet Points, Reading Rooms, a section for International Press, Children Spacesand and worderfull cafè. "

Means of access :
The flat is 15 minutes on foot from the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) where trains from and to Pisa Airports arrive and leave. Nearby is also located the terminal of shuttle to and from Florence Airport. Several buses, either traditional or electric minibuses, starting from Santa Maria Novella Station will land you very close to the flat. FARES: Train from/to Pisa Airport (one hour):€5,60 Bus from/to Pisa Airport( Terra Vision every 30 minutes): €10,00/round-trip ticket €16,00 Shuttle from/to Florence Airport (from 20 to 40 minutes depending on the traffic): €4,50 City Public Transport: €1,20/70 minutes BY CAR: We are located in the ZTL (Limited Traffic Area) where private cars are not allowed from 8.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. on week days (Sundays are free). Private garages within the ZTL offer parking facilities, and special permission to get there, the price is € 25/20 every day. The parking “Parcheggio Piazza Beccaria” is just 250 meters from the flat (fares: hour 1,5 € day 18 €). Farther and cheaper is Parcheggio Scambiatore Viale Europa (fare: 1,5 € 12 hours), close to the exit Firenze Sud of the Milan-Bologna-Florence-Rome Motorway called Autostrada del Sole. "The owners of the property were gracious and met me upon arrival in Florence. The owner demonstrated how to enter the building/flat and walked through the flat with me pointing out various amenities. The flat was clean and prepared for our party's arrival. We were in want of nothing; everything necessary for a more than comfortable stay was available and provided in the flat. Though the flat was quiet, we were no more than five minutes by foot from the Duomo. Indeed, we were able to walk comfortably to all of Florence's major attractions. A market was a few hundred meters away from the flat as well as many restaurants. The owners were gracious and offered many insights to the area and provided recommendations when asked. I would absolutely utilize this flat on a return trip to Florence. I highly recommend the flat as convenient and comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough concerning our stay!"
