In a very small and silent road, with a private terrace just in front of the medieval wall and windows of the church of San Remigio (XIV century). Completely renewed and tastefully decorated, with a lot of care for your confort., Ambience parfums, flowerS, kitchen fully equipped (you'll find everything you need if you wish to cook!)..Two double rooms (one with double beds and one with twin beds), dining room with kitchen.Sitting room with a sofa that can be transformed in a single bed, Tv Lcd/satellite. Biscuits and coffee/tea at your arrival.. A taste of our own produced extra-virgin olive oil.. "

Means of access :
In the historical centre o Florence cars are not allowed to enter..we suggest to leave the car in one of the various gareges in the area (more or less 30,00 euro a day) If you arrive by the motorway: A1 exit FIRENZE SUD, folow the direction for Firenze centro, than look for the "Biblioteca nazionale", enter Corso dei Tintori, at the crosslight, turn right and than turn left in Via dell'Anguillara. Go straight down, at the end turn left, anf turn left again in Via Vinegia /the third one on your left). It's a very small road. We remind you that the center of Florence is opened to cars only in the following case: from monday to friday from 7.30 p.m. until 07.00 a.m. From saturday 6.30 p.m. until 07.00 a.m. on monday. Anyway it's almost impossible to find carparking. If you arrive from the airport you can reach the railway station, here buses 71 C and 23 B reach in more or less 5 minutes the bus stop of "Galleria degli Uffizzi" in Via dei Leoni that is 1 min near the house. Of course you can get a taxi anywhere..In the area:

"This apartment was like a dream come true. Spotlessly clean and gorgeously appointed with antiques and matching fabrics. It had everything in it one would need to be comfortable,and the owner even provided home made Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh fruit, and homemade jellies. It is located in the center of Florence within 5-10 mins. on foot of every tourist site you can mention. Every sort of store is within 5 mins., butcher, supermarket, Internet Cafe, gelato, newspapers etc. The apartment is very quiet at night for sleeping and the beds are wonderful. The little patio is completely private and so lovely. It's surrounded by potted plants and flowers and an ancient church wall. It was nice to have a washer for clothing and also a dishwasher, color TV, and air-conditioning. I cannot imagine a more wonderful place to stay. It felt like home to me the entire two weeks. Simona is a pure delight and so easy to communicate with. She takes tremendous pride in this place and it shows in every detail."

"This was a perfect apartment for us and our 2 boys( both in their mid twenties)to stay in. Firstly,it was beautifully presented and had all the necessary equipment to cook meals if we so desired. Secondly,it was fantastically located for seeing all the sights in Firenze, and for the boys to entertain themselves at night...close to bars and internet cafes. Our hostess Simona was lovely and extremely helpful. I can certainly highly recommend this accommodation to fellow travellers. Thank you for having us Simona."

"For us, it was the perfect appartment. Clean, very well equipped, with taste, perfectly located on a quiet street while being 5 minutes walk from most points of interest. Most of all, Simona is a wonderful host and we greatly appreciated her warm welcome."

"The apartment is what the ad describes and more, it was a pleasure to stay there. Roomy, clean and with all the necessary appliances. The location is superb, when you close the door behind you, you are in the middle of the city. Yet the city noise stays outside, it does not hinder the night''s rest. The owner was very friendly. We highly recommend this place!"
