Means of access The apartment is strategically positioned a few steps from the historical centre and is easily reachable with public transport: from the central station SMN with bus lines 12 and 13 and from/to Piazzale Michelangelo (circular line) and with the electric bus D getting off at the bus stop Torquato TASSO. From here one can also catch the Sita bus lines, connecting Florence with Siena in 50 minutes.
Hints and Tips A lot of shops are located in the close neighbourhood: in Porta Romana are several high level boutiques, a bookshop, a post office, some banks and 2 chemist’s. 300 meters away from the apartment, in Via Burchiello, is a supermarket, open until 8.30 pm; within the city walls in S. Spirito are many food shops open even on Sunday until 7 pm.
