The house is located by the "Certosa" highway exit, in a strategic position to visit the wonderful hills of Tuscany! During the day it is possible to visit the countless works of art of Florence, but to also organize short day-trips in the luxuriant Chianti countryside (The house is in the Chianti Putto region). You can enjoy Greve in Chianti, also known as "the pearl of Chianti" (only 21 Km), the beautiful San Gimignano (about 35 minutes away, by car), the famous town of Siena (about 40 minutes away, by car), Sant'Andera in Percussina with the Niccolo' Machiavelli museum-house (only 4 Km).In our house you can find many maps and itinerary of these places with usefull information (address and telephone numbers of the most famous wine cellars of the Chianti region, museum of the Florence centre, and so on..).

Means of access From highway A1 exit at Firenze Certosa At the round-about, follow toward the centre of Florence (take the third road at the round-about, follow signs for Relais Certosa and Campeggio Internazionale – International Camping). Stay on this road for about 500/600 mt, drive under an elevated road and reach the sign that reads “BOTTAI”. After the sign go straight for about 100 mt and turn left in Via Colleramole ( at the corner you will see a wine shop “Vinoteca al Chianti”). Follow this road towards the Campeggio Internazionale, go over a small bridge and keep right. After approximately 300mt you will see the camping on your right. Keep left and follow the uphill road towards Chiesa San Paolo alla Croce. Keep going uphill for about 1,5 Km. After the church (which will be on your right), keep going for another 400 mt until you reach the Number 77, which is the third gate on your left.
