" Holidaying in our lovely villa will be a charming experience. Lying in the hammock or having breakfast outside looking at the sea. The Studio and I call it like that for lack of other words, is absolutely huge, more than 180 m2, and has everything you may need during your stay. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a coffe maker. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, a hair dryer and a DVD player. The bedding arrangement consists of a KING SIZE bed (1.80 X 2 meters) and two single beds (0.90 X 1.90 meters) which are only there if needed , the rest of the time they are stored in another part of the house. There is Wifi access so you can bring your portable computer along and use it even in the garden! The garden is yours during your stay. It is absolutely secluded and the only noise you'll hear is the occasional dog barking and lots of birds singing! "

" On arrival I will give you 14 pages of "What to do, Where to eat etc" On the other side of the main road, within walking distance ( 5 mns walking exactly) is the ELBA HOTEL, which has a great SPA (one of the 3 best ones on the coast, look it up on the net under ELBA HOTEL ESTEPONA). You can join as an external client for as little as € 120 per month (15 days pass and weekly pass are also available) and therefore enjoy the benefit of 5 stars thalassatherapy at a very little cost! "

We were so luck to find that you had a vacancy as we had searched the net for ages to find a quiet place to stay during our holiday, yet close enough to the beach, shops, and restaurants, (perfect) We could walk to the shops and the beech where there are scores of restaurants, including: Indian, Chinese, Italian, Piza huts etc. Your garden was amazing we were so impressed that it was so neat and well looked after, the spaciousness of the inside, with all the amenities working perfectly. We were so impressed with your low key presence and never interfering with us during our stay, and we will d definitely be recommending you to our friends. "Wonderful stay at Anne's house as always. This is our 3rd time there and each time is super! The flat is well equipped, nothing missing for your daily needs, but even so, each time we've been there was some improvement from the last trip: new wall colors, new appliances, new paintings etc. the decoration makes it feel like being in a large playground. The garden is truly luxuriant and growing lusher every year.A totally relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating experience. And let's not forget to say that Anne is a lovely person too! Love this place!"
"This is very, very nice appartment. It has all you need for a good holiday. A lovely garden with a nice view of Estepona port. Anne is very helpfull with tips on where to eat and so on. It is in a quiet area. The beaches nears Sabinilla is very nice and not crowded at all. Estepona i a nice city, the beach there is also good, but in the town it is not as easy to park your car. I would really recommend this place."
"Wonderful spacious flat set in a lovely garden, well cared for. Great view of the port and the sea. Lots of flowers and plants. The decoration of the flat is original and colorful. Anne is a great help as where to go shopping, best places to visit, eating out, beaches, excursions etc, yet at the same time extremely discreet. We even got a printed weather forecast every two days! The flat is very well equipped and very cool in the hot Andalusian summer. There is a very nice beach just across the road, but if the owner, Anne, doesn't tell you how to get there you will never find it! And as it's hard to find it's virtually empty (a real bonus in July!) The supermarket is within walking distance, about 500 meters. Estepona (around 3 k from the house) is a pretty seaside town, still very Spanish, with an old center and a nice seaside promenade and is a good place from which to visit the rest of the Costa del Sol and parts of Andalusia. And not far is Marbella, a famous jet-set town where it's great to go out at night. We also went to the Atlantic coast, which is around an hour from the house. In short, do go & spend your holiday there, you won't regret it!"
"Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend, sehr auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung bedacht. Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen, was ein Selbstversorger benötigt. Wohnung = ein großer Raum, der interessant und angenehm in verschiedene Wohbereiche aufgeteilt wurde.Gepflegter Gartenteil und trotz ebenerdiger Lage schöner Blick auf Meerabschnitt in Richtung Estepona möglich. Ruhiger Wohnabschnitt in kleiner Urbanisation, obwohl diese direkt an zentraler Ortsverbindungsstraße liegt.Vom Zentrum Esteponas ca. 6 km entfernt. Für Besorgungen Auto unbedingt notwendig. Naher Supermarkt öffnet demnächst. Für nahesten Strand unbedingt Badeschuhe notwendig."
