" It is a cosy single-storey villa, suitable for children and old people, located in a charming and quiet area with lovely spots deserving a visit. It is situated about 300m from the Hotel Ofir and the guarded beach. Nearby there are just a few villas, all surrounded by pinewoods. Around the villa there’s a lovely garden and a patio where you can get a tan, enjoy the sun and the quiet atmosphere or cook some tasty meals in the barbecue. You can also bring your fishing rod or hire one. You don’t need a license, just luck for a good fishing! A wooden trekking path was recently built along the river and next to the beach. It’s a very nice place for a walk or a picnic. You can also hire a bike (in Esposende) to have a ride in this path or other suitable areas for this purpose. You can also practise kite-surf (there is a surf school at Ofir). The sheets and towels are all included in the price. You’ll just have to bring along your beach towels and your good mood! The villa has got the capacity for 6 people. But, if there is a group with more than six you will have to pay 50 euros /week, for each extra person. The time of arrival should be after midday and the time of departure should be before midday of the last day. You are required to clean the villa before leaving. You can confirm/book the villa with 25% right away, by bank transfer. The balance should be paid 2 weeks before your arrival. If you prefer, you can always pay the total amount in a single bank transfer. All the expenses with the bank transfer are paid by the guests. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of 200 euros is required on arrival and returned after inspection on departure.
