We enjoy to stay in this nice and modern appartament,with a wonderfull view to the see,just a few steps until the center of the city,and with all facilitys included.Thanks to the orners for very good comunication,they are wonderfull people and i hope we see us again next year. "appartement refait a neuf très bonne état ,très bonne literie,très bien situé,super vue; l immeuble est bien entretenue.le seul point noir dont le propriétaire n est pas responsable c''est de fréquentes odeurs d''égoûts qui remontent par les canalisations de la salle de bain.Je conseille cette location."

"Appartement trés agréable avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Roses. Au 17 ème étage, pas de bruit de rue. Plein soleil (en juillet) jusqu''à 12h30, puis heureusement le balcon passe à l''ombre se qui permet de manger sur le balcon. Equipé correctement. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. En ce qui concerne l''environnement, pub et boulangerie au pied de l''immeuble ; supermarché à 5 minutes à pied ainsi que tous les commerces ... A voir : les canaux. Plage propre. Super séjour en ce qui nous concerne."
