" It is located on the first floor of a 19th century old Palace House with a wide staircase and handrails. The loft’s great space is divided in the following way: The suite is for two people -with a double bed- and there is a living room area inside, a 'reading point' in a glassed balcony and a lovely terrace with wooden furniture. The living room is the main space and it has an additional space as a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm, very comfortable). There is a place to relax, to talk or to read the books that are available inside... The next space is the dining-room, a place where you can enjoy your family life as it is very big and comfortable. The kitchen is a complete space - a drawing corner – covered with wooden furniture. You will find there everything you need, including high-quality cooking equipment and table cloths. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a shower. The apartment is located in the centre of El Puerto de Santa Maria,just on the corner of the main street,abundant with historical palaces and close to the commercial area full of vibrant city life. "

" More than 15 Km of marvelous white sandy beaches are within a few minutes walking distance or driving. If you wish to have a memorable trip to Cádiz by boat, you can jump to the traditional Vaporcito (an old river ferry) or modern hydrofoil which depart from a river side located within 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Just round the corner, the Shore of the Seafood invites you to try some of the traditional “pescaíto frito" (fried fish) in one of its numerous restaurants or discover the novelties of Andalusian author cuisine, taste some seafood specialties, Andalusian tapas.. When the night comes, it is the best area to enjoy the famous Port of Santa Maria’s nightlife: there are a lot of pubs, bars, and discos. The surroundings offer a possibility to practise golf in different circuits; ride a horse or visit the Real Andalusian School of Equestrian Art;nautical sports,kitesurfing,windsurfing, mountain bike,diving… You can also try to trek in the mountains of Grazalema or stroll arround the Natural Park of the Cadiz Bay. Access to house is very easy by car from the Highway Seville - Madrid. It takes 15 minutes to get to the Jerez-Sherry Airport, with buses available to arrive to the house. The train station is 10 minutes on foot and the train from Madrid-Seville arrives there (the high-speed line). There is a public fully manned 24hr car park 1 minute from the property. Alternatively free on road parking can be found around the apartment.In the area:

"We had a great time in El Puerto de Santa Maria. The apartment is really nice and spacious, everything was available and it is right in the city center. A little bit noisy at night because of street noise but it was OK. Free parking possibilities in the same street and great beaches at about 10-15 minutes by car.The boat to Cádiz is at about 5 min walking, perfect! Overall really nice!"

"My wife and I were very impressed with the apartment which is located in the old town of Puerto de Santa Maria and is very close to the bars, restaurants, numerous sherry bodegas and ferry across to Cadiz. The apartment was very clean and had everything we could wish for and the artistic decorations created a nice atmosphere in which to stay and relax. I can't praise the owners highly enough, they were very welcoming and helpful and provided loads of information on the town and its surroundings. We had never visited Puerto de Santa Maria before but would recommend it and, of course, La Casa Rosa as a great place to stay and to visit Cadiz, Jerez and the beaches of the Costa de Luz. Unfortunately we could only spend 3 days there which was far too short but our experience was such that this location is high on our list to visit again....soon!!!"

een uniek appartement in een sfeervol andalusies stadje waar je uitstekend kunt eten. Sympatieke eigenaren .Prima om van hieruit tochten te maken. Gelegenheid voor fietsen.Cadiz per veerboot.En ....... heel weinig niet spaanse touristen. een aanrader
