" Very nice townhouse in a very quiet Residence, built in 2005 with two swimming pools at only 350 meters from the beach. The house is ideal for up to 6 people + 2 children & 2 babies as there are two ensuite bedrooms with double-bed with private bathrooms inside and the third room one with a sofa-bed & a child bed and another small bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen makes your life easy: microwave oven, induction cooker, dishwasher and washing-machine. If you have children two baby bed, one child bed & possibility to add another one, two chairs for children are provided, plastic plates and games... Living room with HI-FI, TV with DVD, TDT and Video recorder. The house has a small terrace facing the pool, with 4 sun beds, a table and chairs and another one where you can organize a barbecue. If you rent a car, parking spots are always easy to find in front of the house. "

See the personal website of the owner" Main spot for Kite surf and wind surf. In July and August many activities in the main square: aerobic, games, theatre, movies, concerts, etc. Many Restaurants and bars: Must go to Leo creperie and pizzeria (plaza Galicia) - the owner speaks english. Piemonte : Italian cuisine less then 2 minutes walk, La Lata del Gofio (canarian cuisine), El Lagar (Iberic). Lots of others restaurants and bars. Nude beach at about 15-20 minutes walk distance "

"A fantastic place to stay with kids! In this house you feel like at home. We were 6 adults with 3 kids, and really enjoyed our ~2 week stay. 5 minutes walk to the ocean, and several playgrounds nearby, kids loved it. Owners are extremely friendly and nice people. Anne & Miguel, thanks a lot for your hospitality! =) El Medano city is more windy than Los Christianos & Las Americas, but more quiet, relaxing and cosy in terms of tourism. Especially great if you''re keen to try sports (windsurf & kitesurf)!"

"This is a good house to rent, we found it very comfortable for your two week stay. Anne&Miguel is great people, excellent communication. Medano is so nice town to stay. If you are looking for quiet, relaxing autmospere - thats the best in Tenerife. Anne and Miguel, thank you very much for your hospitality and see you in January."

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Winter 2011 im Haus (3 Erwachsene, 3 kleine Kinder) und waren bei der Ankunft leider sehr enttäuscht. Vielleicht auch wegen der anderen, sehr enthusiastischen Bewertungen hier. Das Haus hat sehr kleine, dunkle Zimmer. Der Pool für die Kinder war ohne Wasser. Die hintere Terrasse und die Dachterrasse haben wir nicht benutzt (Fotos fehlen in der Beschreibung), wegen der sehr hohen Mauern und weil sie einfach nicht schön sind. Das Haus liegt außerdem genau in der Abflugschneise des Flughafens, aber das hätte man anhand der Karte wissen können... Positiv: Die Ausstattung ist gut und die Vermieterin Anne war sehr nett. El Medano ist ein sympathischer, kleiner Ort mit schönem Strand. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hauses sind bestens.

"Wir sind mitlerweile Stammkunden bei Anne in Ihrem wunderbaren Haus in El Medano. Das Haus ist praktisch neu, sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles für sehr erholsame Ferien. Wir können das Haus wirklich wärmstens weiterempfehlen!"

"We hebben met veel plezier in het huis gezeten. Zeker met een kleiner kind is de grote binnenplaats heerlijk voor het kind om rond te hollen. De kinderspeelplaats ligt op een mooie plek is goed verzorgt en kijkt prachtig uit over de zee. Het water in zwembad was aan de koude kant omdat het konstant wordt verversd. Winkels en strand is op prima loopafstand. Je moet wel even wennen aan de vliegtuigen die opstijgen, maar het is ook weer een voordeel om vlakbij het vliegveld te zijn. De eigenaars zijn ontzettend aardig en proberen alles te regelen om het je naar de zin te maken. De keuken is niet ruim, maar uitstekend voorzien van alles. We hebben er van genoten en veel buiten gezeten."
