" This studio with private balcony, has a fabulous panoramic view of the beach, town and harbour of Trouville around to the Deauville Marina and its famous Casino. The apartment re-furbished in a contemporary style with handmade silk curtains and customised storage to reflect the tones of the sea and sand is ideally located right on the beach front of Deauville. The entrance hall has double fitted cupboards and additional wall-mounted coat hanging space. The bathroom has been totally updated with white floor-to-ceiling tiling and the latest contemporary fittings to provide a bright and clean ambience. Comprising WC, shower cubicle with high-pressure shower, heated towel rail, mirrored sink unit with storage, above sink mirror with very bright lighting. A corner kitchen consists of sink, refrigerator, electric cooker rings, cooking utensils and storage. The corner kitchen is complemented by a wooden block worktop/buffet with storage underneath holding microwave with oven, cutlery, glassware and chinaware. The living area is equipped with an L-shaped convertible sofa which opens out to become a bed for two people. Low level storage unit with coffee table/bedding storage. The television has cable French, English and American channels. The dining area has views spanning from Trouville across to Deauville. Enjoy your meals sitting at the dining table or on the balcony and watch the sail boats go out to sea and then return again to harbour. A door opens out onto a balcony with two chairs and table. Ideally located in this very chic seaside town. "

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très calme décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons également pu apprécier la vue depuis la petite terrasse sur la mer et la plage. La situation géographique est idéale entre Deauville et Trouville, permettant d''alterner entre les deux villes selon les envies (un bac situé à moins de 5 minutes permet de rejoindre Trouville en un rien de temps). Par ailleurs la gare est à un quart d''heure de marche. Propriétaire très sympathique et très réactive. A recommander sans hésitation "

"je suis ravie de mon week-end dans ce charmant et coquet petit studio. Il est très bien placé à mi-chemin de la plage, de trouville et du centre de deauville. Il offre une magnifique vue sur la mer et de surcroit l'environnement est très calme. à recommander les yeux fermés!"
