Charming small house in midst of Datca's wonderful setting

"My stay at this village house was exactly what I''d hoped for and exactly as portrayed on the website. I enjoyed the peaceful countryside but also appreciated that a local bus passes by the house several times each day so that I could visit other villages on the peninsula as well as Datca, which has fine shopping and restaurants. The owner and her friend (who lives in a nearby village) were very attentive and helpful. The house itself is clean and beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the large, fully-equipped kitchen with lots of windows, a fireplace and big wooden table. It''s how most of us would want our own kitchens to be! The big front porch and upstairs veranda were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water with lots of pressure any time of the day or night. Also, plenty of lights throughout. These ladies really thought of everything I could possibly need. I was there alone but I think it would be a lovely retreat for a family. Rebecca from Los Angeles"

"The house is exactly as advertised. It is in a real (non-tourist) small village in the hills. It is very comfortable and clean. The village is very quiet, the views from the veranda beautifull, the local people very friendly and the local bread and vegetables very tasty! Nearby beaches - both in the direction of Knidos and Palamutbuku are very good, with very few people. The climate is also a big bonus becuase of the constant notrh-westerly breeze wich means there is no humidity. We also did some improvised walks in the hills surrounding the village - you can just take any of the dirt roads leading out of the village and follow it. All in all we had a wonderful week! So, if you loke deserted beaches, country walks and if you like to get away from it all - we would recommend this house with no reservations."

"Notre séjour à Belenkoye a été merveilleux: la propriétaire et son amie ont tout fait pour nous faciliter l''accès à internet; la voisine a été charmante: c''est un lieu idyllique de repos au milieu de la campagne, avec les ânes, les poules et les chèvres. La mer est accessible à 8 kms. Il y a des tas de découvertes à faire en promenade; la brise du soir rafraîchit l''air ambiant.Vous pouvez y aller avec une valise vide: ciel bleu et beau temps assuré tous les jours. "Nous avons été charmés par cette maison si accueillante, parfaitement équipée, Située légèrement en hauteur et en sortie d’un tout petit village, elle est entourée de montagnes et bénéficie toujours d’un petit vent qui rafraîchit et éloigne les moustiques. Le cadre est idéal, orientation de rêve, terrasse plein sud, vue sur les montagnes environnantes très agréable et accès facile. L’environnement est très calme, idéal pour se reposer. Cette région, où mer, montagne et campagne sont intimement liées, permet une grande variété d’activités : baignade, excursions en bateau, marches dans des paysages de rêve, …et tout cela à mille lieues du tourisme de masse, mais néanmoins proche de petites stations balnéaires très agréables. Notre hôte a été de très bon conseil et nous a permis d’accéder à des plages environnantes quasi-désertes, dans des paysages d’une beauté à couper le souffle, ainsi qu’à d’excellents restaurants. Enfin, le sourire et l’accueil chaleureux des turcs nous ont définitivement donné une grande envie de revenir dans cette péninsule magique. Merci à Nukte"
