"Appartement très agréable dans une maison avec accès illimité au jardin. Emplacement très calme, à 1.5 kms de la mer environ. Point de départ de nombreuses visites dans un périmètre de 70 kms. Bon équipement de la maison. Propriétaire très discret. Prix défiant toute concurrence. Idéal avec des enfants."
