" The apartment is a top-floor flat on the third floor. It is in a quiet position surrounded by a garden, it is 5 minutes walking from the centre of Courmayeur and 5 minutes from the Supermarket. Just outside the building there is a bus stop to Val Ferret or Val Veny. In the flat there is a large sitting room (with double-bed sofa) a double bed room, a room with bunk bed plus another bed, a small kitchen , electric cooker and bathrom with bathtub. Light independent central heating and a garage are included in the rent . The garage is on the basement with direct access to the stairway leading to the apartments. "
