" In a spectacular rural location just 30 mins drive from lovely beaches. This is a pretty property with beautiful pool and lovely terraces some with shade to enjoy dining alfresco. The views from the house are fantastic but it is still within walking distance of a bar and restaurant and other places can be found in the village just 1 kilometre away. The house is spacious with all modern conveniences and it is set in the heart of the countryside but close to the road for easy access. HEATED SWIMMING POOL FOR THE COOLER MONTHS! Please ask about this, there is a small additional charge for heating the swimming pool. The house has 5 bedrooms (2 in an attached apartment), 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and big kitchen. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The outside area has table and chairs for dining, sunbeds and big summer kitchen. Final cleaning included. "

" If you can tear yourself away from the fantastic swimming pool you can enjoy horse riding, walking, climbing and taking in the breathtaking scenery. You can reach lovely beaches within 30 minutes or if you want to venture further afield you can visit the beautiful cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville. The village of Comares has a summer fiesta which should not be missed. There are also many other very colourful local fiestas. "

You are close to Velez Malaga and the town of Torre Del Mar which is by the sea. Fly to Malaga Airport or Granada Airport. You can reach the villa from the Motorway from Malaga exiting at Velez Malaga and it is then a 15 minute drive.

Das Haus ist wundervoll gelegen, ganz wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das Dorf ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Auffahrt zum Haus durch die Berge ist unproblematisch. Es sind 20 KM bis zum Strand. Auch die Strände in der Umgebung sind schön. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich in der Umgebung. Sowohl in den Bergen als auch an der Küste. Hervorzuheben ist, das die Vermieter und auch die Agentur vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit und unblaublich freundlich waren. Durch einen Fluglotsenstreik mussten wir unsere Abreise verschieben, und die Agentur hat uns sehr weitergeholfen, damit wir, zwar verspätet, aber ohne Probleme neue Rückflüge bekommen konnten.

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and beautiful with a lovely view. Each room has its own bathroom. If you look for a quiet place to stay this is perfect. The house is a bit outside of Comares (30 minutes to walk). And it takes about 20 -30 minutes to the freeway."

"Notre séjour était réussi. La villa très belle et bien équipée. Vues magnifiques sur les collines et la mer au loin. Endroit en pleine nature et hyper calme et reposant. Belle piscine, barbecue sympa. La villa est propre et le propriétaire aimable est très attentif à notre bien-être. Il y a un super bon restaurant à 5 minutes à pied de la villa. Un petit magasin où l''on trouve de tout se situe à 5 minutes en voiture. Le village de Comares (très peu touristique) mérite le détour, magnifique. On trouve également une station balnéaire jolie et familiale (Torre del Mar) à 35 minutes en voiture depuis la villa. Bref, vacances réussies et parfaites. On reviendra."
