"This is a wonderful place, an oasis of calm and the apartment really beautifully laid out by the host Maria who is warm and very helpful. The surrounding gardens, swimming pools and playground have beautiful views of the turquoise sea and mountains, and there are wonderful mountain and coastal walks on the door step in both directions. The indoor pool and gym are great and useful on cooler days . There is lots to explore in the surrounding area, wonderful beaches and coves round Cala Rajada 20 minuts away by car. Highly recommended for a tranquil break, with our without kids."

"Nous avons loué cette maison au mois d''avril 3adultes et 2enfants. Nous avons été ravie autant par l''emplacement de la maison dans la résidence (proche des deux piscines extérieures et intérieures et de la sortie) que des sites à visiter. Nous avons pu nous rendre dans tous les lieux touristiques (cap formentor, sa calobra ect...). Nous remercions la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Il y a même une magnifique balade qui part du front de mer devant la résidence."

"Appartement très agréable et très propre, dans une résidence tranquille, facilement accessible, bien équipée et bien entretenue. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et la propriétaire Maria est une personne fort sympathique."

"Sono stato a Betlem dal 14 al 21 agosto 2011. E'' un posto fantastico situato sulla costa est di Maiorca e fuori dalla confusione che caratterizza le zone vicine a Palma che dista circa 80 km. L''appartamento è inserito in un complesso residenziale immerso nel verde, con palme, giardini curati, piscina, centro fitness ... davvero fantastico. Il residence si trova di fronte al mare, con accesso diretto a delle piccole calette di roccia e sabbia. La casa era magnifica e rifinita in ogni minimo dettaglio, così come mostrato nelle foto. Maria, la proprietaria, è inoltre una persona molto disponibile e gentile. La parte comune del residence aveva oltre la piscina anche la zona barbecue dove era possibile mangiare usufruendo dei tavoli all''aperto nell''area comune. Al massimo all''una bisognava però liberare gli spazi. La tranquillità viene quindi rigorosamente preservata e garantita dalle regole di questo residence sorvegliato 24/24h dai custodi. Una vacanza all''insegna del vero relax. Consigliata a chi vuole trovare pace e tranquillità. "
