Best points about the property:

" Apartment new, very luminous, with a beautiful released sight. Broad picture windows giving on the large terrace equipped d' a living room of garden and long chairs. Environment serene and bucolic. Pleasant way to go to foot to the beach, the port and the village. Carpark reserved to the tenant. The trade are with 200m l' apartment: bakery, grocer, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, estate agencies, trade d' anchovy, tobacco-press….etc…, in edge of beach. Often the tenants on the spot leave their car during all the stay except excursions out of Collioure. Housing is located on a way very little attended by the cars because in dead end; it carries out through the vines, d' with dimensions towards the footpaths which dominate bay of Collioure and l' other with dimensions towards beaches and village (center with 10mn with foot). Of l' superb entry sight released on strong St Elme and the old windmill, both enlightened the night "
