" Recent villa located very quiet area, despite being with all modern comfort has maintained its style and traditional Minorcan. It’s made of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 suite), independent kitchen fully equipped, living room with two sofas and adjoining dining area, nice terrace with arched portico equipped with table and chairs opposite the private swimming pool. Sunbeds and building barbacue. It's spacious, cosy, tastefully furnished and well maintained (all the mattresses were renewed for the 2013 season). There is air conditioning in each room and free WIFI connection. Private access to the house and private parking space. The location is really perfect: absolutely quiet and secluded from trafic or nigth clubs, bars... noise , but at 200 meters only from the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Blanes and 500 m from the tourist centre that offers every type of service and entertainment (also for children) at good prices. More refined and characteristic the island's ancient capital, Ciutadella, is only 3 km. The house is part of a group of 5 villas, just alike (see also adv ref 360224) "
