See the personal website of the owner" This apartment is located close to the promenade which stretches to the port, we recommend that at least one of the nights spent on the island, traveling on this magnificent ride, and arrive to the port, there are several restaurants where you can eat like kings. We will recommend several El Balear, Ca'n Carrasco, Triton, or above the harbor enjoying great views, Cas consol. If you intend to rent a boat, we inform you book in advance especially during July and August, since often the same clients reserve a year to year. For any questions on bike rental, excursions on horseback or wishing to conduct any activity, go to our advice, we will give the best solution. "

"L''appartamento è spazioso e pulito. L''ubicazione è ottima, appena fuori dal centro storico di Ciutadella, che è una cittadina meravigliosa! L''accesso alla casa è facilissimo. L''appartamento fa parte di una villetta a 2 piani, ciascun piano comprendente 2 appartamenti. Giardino al piano inferiore, balcone/veranda abitabile a quello superiore. Attrezzature (stoviglie e quant''altro) essenziali ma sufficienti. Negozi e grandissimo supermercato a pochi passi da casa. Il proprietario abita nella villetta adiacente, è simpatico e disponibile. L''unico problema può essere costituito dai rumori del traffico proveniente dalle strade circostanti che possono disturbare chi non posside un sonno "a prova di bomba"."

"Appartamento ben attrezzato, locali ampi,luminosi e ben areati con bellissimo balcone. Situato in ottima posizione a soli cinque minuti a piedi dal centro della bellissima Ciutadella. Proprietario simpatico e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia trascorrere una meravigliosa vacanza nella splendida Menorca."

"Es una casa con 4 apartamentos de alquiler. Los dueños viven al lado, lo que es bastante cómodo y te garantizas que ninguno de los vecinos hace el cafre. Nuestra estancia fue perfecta en cuanto a tranquilidad y poco ruido en la zona. El apartamento en el que estuvimos (uno de los bajos) era muy amplio y cómodo. El acceso fácil, y la ubicación excelente (10 minutos andando del centro, pero sin los follones de tráfico y aparcamiento que tiene el centro de Ciutadella... buen acceso a la ronda para moverse por los alrededores). Aparcamiento en la puerta. En el anuncio pone que tiene Lavadora, y nuestro apto. no la tenía. Quizás haya una común, o algo así.. tampoco preguntamos porque nos apañamos sin ella. El único punto que mejoraría es la limpieza. Sin ser muy deficiente, podría estar mejor. También mejoraría el colchón de la cama de matrimonio y almohadas. Las almohadas a unos les gustan de una manera y a otros de otra... igual que los colchones. Para mi gusto era baja y el colchón algo blando y de poco grosor. La zona, muy cerca (pero muy cerca... 50m como dicen) de la playa de Ciutadella. Aunque recomiendo coche para moverse por la isla; no me imagino pasar una semana en Menorca solo yendo a esa playa. También justo al lado está la piscina municipal, que está muy muy bien (creo que cuesta 3€). Cerca tiene supermercados, etc. El propietario muy agradable y atento. Comunicación con él perfecta. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Yo volvería (volveré!!). Mi nota general es un 8 sobre 10."
