Casa-Duplex on the first floor completely independent villa at 100 meters from the main beach of Rule and integrated in the center of the village and in a quiet area. Its large private terrace is the most desirable and attractive at any time, in Chipiona because the weather is warm all year. Furniture has teak garden furniture,flowers, plants and a pergola number to enjoy the sun and also shelter at noon when the sun hits hard. Lunch and dinner on the terrace are unforgettable, with views of the lighthouse of Chipiona. The house is about 150 meters built in two floors and approximately 40 meters of terrace. The capacity of the house is 6-7 persons. The house has three bedrooms muy bonitas, on the top floor of a marriage in warm tones and another for children with two beds with cabeceros beach and very original. And on the ground floor of another pretty and romantic marriage. Two bathrooms, one with shower and another bath. Chipiona is a seaside town that lives by the sea, tourism and the countryside where they grow all kinds of products, emphasizes the cultivation of flowers are exported to all over the world. Good fried fish and seafood can be tasted in any bar or restaurant near the house Chipiona. Its white sand beaches and rich in iodine are awarded every year with the Blue Flag for Clean Seas Europe. El Santuario de Regla, the Lighthouse (the tallest in Spain) and the Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de la O is the most important monuments. From Cadiz Chipiona is accessed via the N-IV or A-4 (Madrid-Cadiz) to Puerto de Santa María and after the A-491 direction to Chipiona. From Seville (105 km) will take the AP-4 to Jerez de la Frontera, where the A-840. We can leave the AP-4 at kilometer 44 in the town of Las Cabezas de San Juan Chipiona and continue until the A-471 and then the A-480 .- The nearest airport is Jerez de la Frontera to some 30 Km, 105 Km Seville, Malaga and Gibraltar 260 km 150 km The nearest train stop is in Jerez de la Frontera and 30 km to Puerto de Santa María Seville 25 km high-speed train about 100 Km .- and the nearest bus stop is about 500 meters from the house.In the area:

"The duplex was clean and as described. We have yet again spent a very enjoyable 25 dsy holiday in Chipiona at Terraza Azul. This time we were joined by our Daughter, her Husband and our 2 Grandchildren (13 & 11) for Easter. The accomodation provided plenty of space and all that was needed for all of us. It had recently been refurbished and imroved to a good standard. The house is very central and the children spent nearly every day on the beaches with plenty of good places to choose from. We found lots of nice bars and restaurants to eat tapas and meals out and hardly needed to cook at all. (We recommend la Cuba!) It was lovely to meet Teresa''s new baby, Violeta. We certainly intend to return again."

"Easily located by first class directions from the renter. Apartment was all or better than expected and the owner did all she could to make us feel at home there. all amenities were in good order and the place clean & tidy.A few minor issues were very quickly resolved."

"This must be the best, yes, the very best apartment ever!! We had all we wished for!! Everyone traveling to Chipiona should have the opportunity of staying at Tereza's Terraza Azul (except when we want to come.... because we want to come again!!)."

"We have just returned from another enjoyable holiday in Chipiona at La Terraza Azul. We were again very comfortable in this attractive duplex apartment with pleasant outside space and a dedicated parking position. There have been further improvements since our previous visit, which added to our comfort and convenience. As the situation of the apartment is so central and well placed for all Chipiona's attractions we are able to enjoy a good holiday at all times of the year. The owner remains friendly and helpful - as always"

"Our family spent a wonderful week in this spacious apartement. It is located in a calm area of Chipiona only few minutes away from the Regla beach and shops. Teresa has done a great job by decorating it with a nice spanish touch. We sure appreaciated the large balcony and the view of the town from the roof."
