" Bright, airy and very spacious accommodation with modern decor set within lovely gardens. Plenty of space for families or several couples sharing, ideal for golfing groups. Can accommodate 6 people (1 double plus 2 twin rooms) plus occasional extra 2 on sofabeds in lounge (Max occupancy 8 adults). Also children's cot for up to about age 2. Roof terrace with views of nearby pine forests and golf course plus 2 private ground floor terraces, with bbq for al fresco dining. Beautiful gardens are great for children to play safely and perfect for relaxing in the sun. We have large 4 pools, with lifeguards at La Loma, they don't get at all crowded. Ideal location with restaurants/shops and new leisure mall offering beauty treatments, massage etc. The Hamman Arabian baths are 2 mins walk away for relaxing spa, mint tea and belly dancing! Luxury hotel (with pool open all year) within walking distance and the lively town centre, Loma Golf is 200m walk, with clubhouse, bar and restaurant. Novo Sancti Petri Golf, designer shops are about 2km. Beautiful, uncrowded, white sand beaches (14km long) have beach bars, sun beds and lifeguards in high season and are an easy 12 min walk away.

" The area is wonderful for golf, horseriding or sightseeing. Guided coach tours to Cadiz, Jerez, Seville, Vejer, Gibraltar, Morocco etc can be booked in town with convenient pickup from Tartessus hotel opposite (2 mins walk). Conil, Chiclana market and Medina Sidonia provide lovely days out any time of the year. Festival times are fantastic fun - late Feb/early March, Easter, and May. You can have the best of all worlds in this part of the Costa de La Luz, golden sand beaches, pine forests, relaxation but plenty of upmarket restaurants and bars too, and all with a genuine spanish ambience - Novo Sancti Petti is where the spanish also come for their holidays.
