"We just had a wonderful stay in this superb villa. The villa is very well presented and functional. We appreciate the Chinese Style furnitures and walls are decorated with beautiful paintings. As our parents joined us, we found it is very confortable for them to have their own private place. Our young kids enjoyed very much the pool and of course the wonderful DVD room. They also loved the near-by beach at Cheong Mon.From the property, it is very convenient to get to Chaweng area for dinner, shopping etc. Our son has a small accident, international hospital at Chaweng functions very well. Overall, we all like very much the accomdation and believe that the northern part of the island is very attractive."

"This was an exceptionally luxurious villa. Secluded, large and a lot of rooms, a private pool. The interior was all airconditioned. The view from the terrace, the balconies and the rooms was just great. The view is to the sea in the East, so you can see the sun rise if you''re up early enough. Later in the afternoon the sun disappears behind the mountain and the villa (about 4:00pm). The airport is very nearby, but located behind the mountain so almost no noise. Situated just between Choeng Mon and Chaweng (each about 4-5 km away) you have the choice between busy (Chaweng) or quiet (Choeng Mon) beaches and restaurants. A car is recommended to get by, but there''s also a taxi stop at about 200m. Most importantly (to us at least) the staff, consisting of the married couple Singh and Jeip (sometimes reinforced by some family members) was very friendly. They keep the house clean (every 3 days a full interior clean, changing sheets etc, every day the exterior), provide a full breakfast with fruit, bacon/eggs, toast (or what you would like). Although not included in the rent, we found them willing to provide dinner at the villa for some nights for a small fee (they will miss a regular night at work so that''s understandable). Jeip used to work in a restaurant kitchen, so trust us: she can cook! For other nights there''s restaurants at the beach and in Choeng Mon or Chaweng. Or you can cook for yourself in the kitchen. We did a tour by speedboat around the island (very recommended, though not cheap). Singh has enough knowledge and contacts to arrange these kinds of things."

"De retour en France nous tenions à partager nos impressions sur la villa Pawanthorn. Nous y avons séjourné 3 semaines. Luxueuse villa, spacieuse, très fonctionnelle. La situation de celle-ci sur une colline offre une superbe vue sur la piscine à débordement et sur la mer, on ne se lassait pas d'admirer ce beau paysage, de jour comme de nuit.... Cette villa est parfaite entre amis ou en famille où chacun à son intimité. Les repas sur la terrasse étaient accompagnés des chants des oiseaux et autres.. Les prestations sont sans surprise telles que décrites dans l'annonce. Le personnel de maison Singh et sa femme étaient aux petits soins pour nous. Singh nous a bien aidé pour organiser nos sorties et bien conseillé pour nos excursions. Il était toujours disponible pour nous conduire où nous voulions. Sa femme (très bonne cuisinière) était toujours prête à cuisiner quand nous le désirions (tout cela moyennant un prix à convenir avec eux, mais c'est raisonnable) Il est possible de faire la cuisine mais mieux vaut les laisser faire ou aller au restaurant. La villa est un peu retirée de la ville, il faut donc une voiture ou un scooter ou bien évidemment les services de Singh. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cette villa aux personnes désirant séjourné dans l'ile de Koh Samui."
