Best points This lovely house has been made available by the French owners for the past five years. It consists of 6 bedrooms; at the second floor, the master bedroom with large family bathroom ensuite; two twin bedrooms ant one nursery with a cot and single bed and another bathroom and separate WC. At the first floor, the salon which is furnished with antiques and comfortable seating, has large windows overlooking the garden and swimming pool. There are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom off this salon. Front the entrance hall there is a dining room and through the hall is the fully and well equipped kitchen. There is also another bathroom and separate WC.The walled garden contains mature trees and surrounds the house on three sides. The pool is regularly maintained and heated. The is a changing room by the pool whith shower and a barbecue.

Hints and Tips Dijon is a 15 minutes drive. Just north of Dijon is to be found the "Toison d'Or" the new shopping mall for Dijon. There is a large wave making pool and water shoots.
Dijon itself has a wealth of cultural activates and places of interest. It is known as the gastronomic centre of Burgundy and is internationally known for its famous mustard, spice cake and cassis.
Dijon is also home to France's major art museums, the Musée des Beaux Arts. It is also rich in museums from those featuring archaeological discoveries to religious art.
