The house is on two levels: on the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette and a bathroom; on the second floor, which is accessed via internal staircase, lies a corridor with two lovely bedrooms (one with en bathroom) and a large bathroom. Outside the house, porches and two outbuildings are a common area to be used also for parking. We propose an alternative type of holiday in a relaxing, away from the stress of the city ensures maximum comfort: the apartment has, in fact, as well as household appliances, including LCD satellite TV, HI FI, phone, and upon request , wireless internet. You can also enjoy complimentary use of mountain bikes and other gear if you enjoy gardening. "

" In our area you can take good passers relaxing and hiking while enjoying the famous cuisine of Teramo with several local farms where you can taste all the specialties, including the famous "kebabs". In addition to visiting the village of Cermignano with its cultural traditions, moving slightly, you can visit Montegualtieri with its triangular tower, Atri with the architectural monuments and its theater, Teramo with its culture and all the villages around, each distinctive and particular. With a few km more, you can easily reach the sea, but without the heat of summer nights (rose garden 30 min) or the mountains for hiking and walking (Gran Sasso Italy 45 min). In general, appreciate the hospitality and friendliness of the locals who will try to make your stay unique and unforgettable. "
