Best points about the property:

" The residence is situated on the hill, 3 km from the centre of town and the beach. It is surrounded by Olive groves, vines, fruit trees ,jasmine and bouganvillaes and …Peace and quiet with a breathtaking view on the town and bay. At 500 meters is a clear water source with very pure water. The apartment has its own huge terrace with garden furniture and sun and shade. The pool is small but with source water and open for all our guests. There are 2 more terraces, open for everyone with barbecue and a big table for outside living. The apartment has its own parking. Cefalů is an ideal place to spend your holidays, being near the motorway it is easy to go sightseeing, which you can alternate with going to the beach and hiking in the nearby mountains. ( maps available). I recommend the use of a car or at least a motorbike. "

" If you enjoy history, Sicily is the place to be.All the foreign dominions left their traces, Greek temples and amphitheatres, Roman villas, Arabic, Byzantine churches, Norman Castles, lots of Baroque churches.And Cefalů itself is a nice medioeval town with a beautiful cathedral, many nice and good restaurants and bars with terraces. Near Cefalů is a nice old town ,full of nice restaurants with good food, lots of bars and terraces. if you like the historical sites, Sicily is the place to be. You can visit Greek temples and amphitheatres, Roman Villas, Arab and Bizantine churches , Norman Castles and much more. In between your excursions you can rest in the apartments en enjoy the view and being lazy. by are the Madonie mountains where you can walk in between beautiful flora and fauna. "
