See the personal website of the owner" On the bottom floor, one side of the living room opens to a superb garden. In the lower part, the living room overlooks a comfortable outdoor area which faces the great lawn. The all independents kitchens, have fireplace, a grill, 5 burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge. On the same floor, going down two steps, the master bedroom with a private bathroom. It is a ground floor open space room, relaxing area with regular bed, internal heated whirlpool and beautiful natural light thanks to big skylights. The accommodation is equipped with kitchenette, living area, sofa-bed, dining table and it can sleep up to three people. On the first floor a comfortable living room, open kitchen and a double bedroom with private bathroom,. A third double bedroom (or children’s bedroom) with two beds on request. A bathroom with a shower. It can be an independent floor with heating full kitchen dishwasher 3 bathroom with shower. The dining room is characterized by table that seats 4/6. "

"Tout était parfait dans cette somptueuse propriété à deux pas de Pérouse et qui domine la campagne: un accueil très chaleureux, tout est neuf et rénové avec goût, beaucoup d''espace que ce soit à l''extérieur ou à l''intérieur de l''apartement. Il n''y a que 5 appartements au total donc ça ne se bouscule pas à la piscine, ni dans le jardin où sont installées des tables et chaises pour chaque appartement. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et se mettent en quatre pour votre confort : quelques victuailles attendent dans le frigo à votre arrivée. Luxe, calme et volupté !!!"

"C''est une location où l''on trouve un calme, un paysage magnifique, où l''on peut se reposer, se détendre en toute tranquillité. Les propriétaires sont toujours présents pour le moindre problème si ce n''est un conseil pour les courses, les restaurants, les manifestations dans les petits villages. Il n''y a rien à dire pour l''appartement tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement et les yeux fermés cet endroit pour des vacances inoubliables. "
