" Access is by way of an external staircase. There is a dining room, and a large double bedroom (with the possibility of adding an extra bed) facing the swimming pool with a beautiful view of the Valdichiana. A second double bedroom (also facing the swimming pool) has the same view. Finally, a third double bedroom faces the courtyard on the same side as the staircase. The bathroom with shower has marble tile. The equipped kitchen also has marble tile. The cleaning of the apartment are carried by the landlord and are very accurate. "

Umbria Jazz Umbria Jazz in July and in December in international events not to miss. You can easily reach Castiglion Fiorentino by train from the airports of Rome, Pisa and Florence. "C''est avec grand plaisir que nous recommandons cette location pleine de charme. Les propriétaires sont généreux et l''emplacement est tout à fait idyllique. Près de nombreux centres et facilement accessible, les photos ne sont pas à la hauteur du paysage qui vous attends. C''est un endroit paisible et calme. Nous y retournerons avec empressement. "Le logement est très facile d''accès et très fonctionnel, la piscine est magnifique et toujours très bien entretenue, la maison typique, les propiétaires sont charmants , très généreux (livraison de légumes, vin, huile d''olive et soirée pizzas cuites au feu de bois) et très bien organisés pour recevoir leurs hotes. La région est splendide et Florence facilement accessible par train. Nous espérons revenir!"

"Le gîte de Poggiolo, outre sa localisation idéale entre Toscane et Ombrie, est tenu par des propriétaires très accueillants, généreux(huile d''olive délicieuse, vin parfumé, légumes succulents, fruits divins, recette de Bistecca inégalable...) et attentifs au bon déroulement de notre séjour en toute discrétion. A louer de toute urgence pour tous les amateurs de bien-être."
