Villa Rosa can be rented all year long. Even in winter, the climate is pleasant so you can visit many wonderful sights and enjoy the nature of Tuscany.
The apartment is completely new, built in 2006. The house is not very large, but has all the modern conveniences. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishes, and a small oven. There is a dining area with a table and chairs. the living room has a sofa bed suitable for two persons, and one bedroom furnished with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower. From the living room you can access the terrace, which is equipped with furniture and a large parasol. From here you have a stunning view.

to reach the house follow the signal "CARABINIERI", they are on the left,
you have to turn on the right follow signal "MUSEO", continue along 100
mt until you can see some yellow houses, number 80 is the holiday house I do

Hints and Tips Near the house you will find a small path which leads to Marina di Castagneto, where wide and safe, sandy beaches are waiting for you! The sea is fairly deep and the water temperature is ideally suited for swimming. Here you have the combination of sunbathing and culture. There are various opportunities: Admire de di Castagneto Carducci with its famous avenue of cypress (Bolghéri). Stroll through centuries-old towns like Volterra and Massa Marittima. Or from Piombino take a boat to Elba. Discover the hills of Tuscany by car, or rent a moped. The landscape is perfect for long walks or a bike ride. And of course, Tuscany is a gastronomic paradise! Superb wines, fresh pasta and along the coast, many great seafood restaurants!
